Our Process for Residential Painting Project
Exterior Work:
We will usually start with power washingthe exterior of a house. We make sure any mildew will be treated with bleach and detergent so they won't come back.
Once the surface is dry enough, we prep the exterior of the house carefully by scraping off loose paint. The most important factor of a long lasting painting job is the good preparation of the surface. We have expert knowledge of how to best prepare the surface. We finalize preparing the exterior of the house with a gentle wash.
A good quality house paint will ensure a long term protection of the surface as well as keeping the house looking beautiful.
We can also do a good staining/painting jobs on decks and patios. This will protect wood or concrete surface and make them last long.
Interior Work:
In some cases, a good preparation of the surface requires drywall repair, wall paper removal, caulking, and sanding. Our pros know how to take good care of the preparation stage. We will take time to ensure the paint will cover all the surfaces evenly. We will closely work with home owners to deliver 100% satisfaction to customers.
